Before your appointment
Do I need to come into the office?
No. Satellite work happens at your property, so call 402-208-5111 with the address and we will handle it from there. Our office at 1220 Royal Dr #103 in Papillion is open during posted hours if you would rather stop in.
What should I have ready when I call?
Your service address, your DISH account number if you are already a customer, and a photo of the dish or the television wall if something has stopped working. That is usually enough for us to tell you what happens next.
Are you open on Sunday?
We do not post Sunday hours. Reach us Monday through Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm.
Can you install for an RV or an outbuilding?
Yes. Ask about RV and shop installations when you call 402-208-5111 and we will walk you through what the job involves.
